Important information about the holidays and New Year’s

The year 2025 brought many changes, including new tasks, fresh ideas, and challenging moments. What we valued most was our exchange with you. This exchange has led to advanced projects and opened up new opportunities. For that, we thank you.

We will be on winter break from December 24 to January 4. Starting January 5, we will be available to respond to your requests as usual.

As in previous years, we are foregoing gifts and supporting projects that benefit people, animals, and the environment. This year, our donations will go to the following organizations:

• Doctors Without Borders provides medical assistance to people fleeing conflict zones around the world.
• BUND protects weakened forests and preserves our native biodiversity.
• The Albert Schweitzer Foundation (“Plant Potential”) helps companies reduce animal suffering by promoting sustainable alternatives.
• German Environmental Aid advocates for a speed limit as a contribution to climate protection and road safety.
• The Pestalozzi Children’s and Youth Village Wahlwies is building a therapeutic residential group for queer children and adolescents.

During this time, it’s important to us to provide immediate help while also making a long-term impact.
